Calamari with Asian dressing

These delicious calamari skewers are packed with flavour and super easy and quick to make!


  • 400 g calamari

For the dressing, mix:

  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T soya sauce
  • 1 t crushed garlic
  • 1 t crushed chilli
  • 1 t crushed ginger
  • salt, to taste


  • Thread the calamari onto skewers. Sear on the braai on both sides, making sure not to overcook it. Serve with the dressing.
  • Use our Prawn Grid to cook. Perfect for more delicate items on the braai.
