Calamari with Asian dressing
These delicious calamari skewers are packed with flavour and super easy and quick to make!
Ingredients:
- 400 g calamari
For the dressing, mix:
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T soya sauce
- 1 t crushed garlic
- 1 t crushed chilli
- 1 t crushed ginger
- salt, to taste
Method:
- Thread the calamari onto skewers. Sear on the braai on both sides, making sure not to overcook it. Serve with the dressing.
